Bayes is there 24/7
On the weekend of New Year’s in 2022, the Toledo Zoo had one of their chillers that supplied cold water to the various enclosures of their famed and elaborate aquarium go down. In a nightmare situation long after work hours on a Friday, the staff at the zoo called Bayes, Inc. for help. Responding to the emergency, our team, including the owner Chris Bayes, made their way out to the aquarium to assess the issue and find a solution.
With quick thinking and the life of cold-water sea life, including sharks and octopi, at stake, Bayes, Inc. service team was able to bring over and replace the downed chiller with another that they had just disconnected from another area in the zoo that they had been renovating. The team worked through parts of the night and most of the next day to get the chiller up and running and ensure the animals had a stable environment with properly-temped water.
